AAT Appeals

Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) is an independent merits review court of laws which are authorized to assess the administrative decisions by the government including:
  • Refugee Decision: Most of the cases are related to onshore protection refusal.
  • Migration Decision: A diverse range of cancellations and visa refusals.
  • Character-related refusal decision, citizenship refusal decisions and certain cancellation decisions.
No department or minister is represented by AAT and an unbiased investigation is conducted in respect to the applications. If you seeking to apply review applicant must do so in prescribed/allowed.
